We are looking for role models for our younger players.
Ian Connolly said – When I was playing youth cricket, 2nd and 3rd team cricket was a great introduction to senior cricket. At U15’s I was bowling for the 3rd team and mostly fielding for the 2nd team. The seniors took me under their wing and helped me to develop as an individual. We need more seniors willing to play not just for the fun but to help youngsters understand there is more to life than Xbox and Playstation.
